Philadelphia Inquirer article (Sunday, April 28, 2013): “Comcast Cares” Day at Mount Moriah Cemetery

In the words of Friends President Paulette Rhone:

“The preservation of Mount Moriah took a quantum leap today. About 70 employees from Comcast along with some of their spouses and children came to the cemetery for Comcast Cares Day. They did a herculean job on both sides of the cemetery clearing large plots that have been overgrown for decades and clearing many areas of cut trees.”

Many thanks to the large crew of Drexel University student volunteers who put in a full day of work raking, clipping, lifting, and shoveling!
